While, by necessity, the firm has a hierarchy, we are not bureaucratic. In fact, on a day-to-day basis we run very flat. Our approach seems to work, because in contrast to the industry norm, Trinity has experienced much lower turnover. Why are we different? There are several reasons - just ask our 90 or so employees:
