Situation Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company that markets oncology therapeutic and supportive care products. They maintain a domestic sales force of 500+ sales representatives who cover multiple physician specialties. Prior to Trinity, highly complex data sets from multiple sources and extensive internal data allocations made it difficult for managers and field sales representatives to extract meaningful account information. In a highly competitive marketplace, sales personnel need to make fast, accurate decisions about account targeting and market dynamics. The need for continuous, real time access to the most current market and account level data was paramount to our client's future market growth.
Approach Trinity Partners implemented a complete Pharmaceutical Reporting System PRS that includes full data management. PRS features a custom-tailored, Internet-hosted system capable of disseminating over 13,000+ unique reports to both the field sales management and representatives. The system also incorporates an incentive compensation system via which field sales reps can track payout progress on a rolling basis.
Result Since launch two years ago, the system has maintained 99.9% uptime and is widely used throughout the client organization.
