People are a key component of any business and that's equally true for us. Many of our employees have been with us for a significant part of our history. They've grown as we've grown, honing their skills and their understanding of our clients' needs. We've profiled a few of our 30 or so people for you to get a sense of who we are.

John Corcoran, Managing Partner
John E. Corcoran is the founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Partners, LLC. He has over 15 years consulting experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology with particular interests in commercialization strategy and data management.

John attended Harvard College where he received an A.B. degree magna cum laude. He also holds graduate degrees from Northeastern University and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.

John is a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Soteira, Inc., a Natick, Massachusetts-based medical device company that is pioneering new approaches to spinal surgery based on stent technology. He is also founder and chairman of Akuta Labs, a New York-based entity that markets proprietary software for the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.

Bob Delise, Partner
Bob Delise joined Trinity more than a decade ago as part of the original leadership team. He has over 15 years experience advising senior executives in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Bob's clients range from Fortune 100 companies to venture-stage biotechnology concerns and are based throughout the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific. With a focus on specialty markets, he has been involved in the launch of over a dozen biotechnology products including therapies for Cancer, Hematology, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, and Lysosomal Storage Diseases. His practice areas include new product commercialization, licensing and product development, therapeutic area strategies, performance tracking of specialty markets, and forecasting. Bob and his team evaluate over 40 compounds for licensing annually on behalf of Trinity clients. Bob attended Dartmouth College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics.

Dave Fitzhenry, Partner
David focuses on commercialization strategy exclusively for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Over the past nine years, he has advised companies on new product launches, strategic planning initiatives, and commercial due diligence for licensing, merger, and acquisition opportunities. His clients include a wide range of organizations including venture-backed startups and traditional Big Pharma. In that time he has been exposed to over 100 therapeutic areas and has developed several long-term relationships with corporate clients who have come to rely on his services. David is a graduate of Harvard University.

Fotios Kokkotos Ph.D., Principal
As principal of the statistics group, Fotios and his team are responsible for the ongoing statistical support of Trinity’s clients. Fotios has over 16 years of experience providing statistical consulting to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, litigation, financial and US government agencies. Fotios has a wide range of experience in many areas of statistics, including but not limited to sampling, survey designs, statistical modeling and forecasting, clinical trials, statistical computing, categorical data analysis, nonparametric statistics, stochastic processes, experimental design, time series and mathematical finance. Fotios also held an adjunct faculty position at American University

Prior to joining Trinity in 2002, Fotios spent over seven years in different management positions at the economic consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Previously, Fotios spent two years as a statistical research consultant at Battelle Memorial Institute. Fotios holds a doctorate degree in mathematical statistics from American University.

Leslie Sandberg, Principal
Leslie has been a member of Trinity’s consulting group for over four years, specializing in market analytics. She has particular strengths in conceptualizing and quantifying complex pharmaceutical markets, and her skills include translation of data into actionable results for her clients. Leslie has completed assessments of over 50 opportunities and has developed expertise in various evaluation tools and frameworks for asset valuation. In that time, she has developed relationships with Senior Executives of major pharmaceutical companies who have come to rely on her for their most complicated and high-priority projects. Leslie is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa while majoring in Biology.

Ryan Million Ph.D., Principal
Dr. Ryan Million is a Principal and founding member and manager of Trinity’s New York City office. Dr. Million’s practice at Trinity focuses on licensing and acquisition due diligence, revenue forecasting, marketing data analysis and business strategy for pharmaceutical companies in several therapeutic areas. In the area of oncology L&A, Dr. Million’s efforts have resulted in the successful licensing of two oncology drugs for one of Trinity’s core clients.

In addition, Dr. Million brings experience from engeneOS, Inc., a venture-backed biotechnology start-up company in Waltham, MA, where he was a member of the business development team, delivering strategy, competitive intelligence and technology due diligence. Dr. Million completed his doctorate training in the Genetics Department at Harvard University publishing several peer-reviewed scientific papers on the ABL oncogene (target of Novartis’s Gleevec) and a mouse model of chronic myeloid leukemia. Dr. Million attended the University of California, San Diego where he earned a B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry, graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Stephen Fleming, Consultant
Stephen Fleming has worked for Trinity Partners for over one year as an Associate. Stephen’s main responsibilities include forecast and business analytic support for Novartis, McNeil, Janssen, and other top pharmaceutical companies. Other areas of work include licensing and acquisition support and data management. In the short time Stephen has been out of college, he has been exposed to over fifteen therapeutic areas while lending continued support to some of the industry’s top products. Internally, Stephen has led several company building activities including ski trips, recruiting, and new hire training. In the future, Stephen and the rest of the Associates at Trinity will be looked to for innovation that will drive Trinity’s growth. Prior to Trinity, Stephen graduated with an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
